Bought a home in 2012.Summary:
Paul and Karen Catania were the best. 10 out of 10, 5+ Stars. They were patient as it took us about 14 months to find the right house. That was a lot of road miles since we were looking for a home in the country. They listened to our needs and our budget and only took us to those homes we might be interested in. Someone who doesn't choose Paul and/or Karen are losing out on the best possible choice of a real estate agent. They also had a great team from the Escrow Officer to the Mortgage Officer to facilitate the buying/closing.…More Less

Showed home in 2012.Summary:
I really enjoyed working with Karen and Paul Catania, not only did they know the area extremely well. They were very patient as I felt I was dragging them from house to house. They did have a great feel for what I was looking for so the places that I did see where certainly the type of home I was looking for. We finally did find the home I was looking for and closing went very smoothly. All in all I had a great experience with both Paul and Karen.…More Less
