Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Diamond Springs, CA.
Karen was absolutly wonderful. She is straight forward tells you exactly what you should know, while also giving her honest opinion. I was a brand new home owner and was a pain and she stood by me the whole time. Held my hand through the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
