Keane helped us purchase a home and most recently refinance that loan to an amazing rate! Keane and his staff are always helpful, responsive, and friendly. The home loan process and paperwork can be daunting, but Keane and his staff always took the time to answer any questions and explain things so that we were confident throughout the whole process. They are very familiar with VA financing, in particular, too.

I have just completed a re-finance with Keane and his fantastic team at Cobalt Mortgage. My experience has been nothing short of outstanding.
Whilst researching my options with regards to re-financing the mortgage on my very underwater home I discovered Keane's blog and was motivated to contact him and find out more.

Keane was a pleasure to work with & was extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient & listened very attentively to all my questions & concerns. Even all his answers to all the questions I had asked were like filled with care (rare to find these days) & very easy to understand as I could tell by the pleasant friendly tone of his voice. He truly does care about YOUR well being & is willing to go ABOVE & BEYOND to help you in any way he can. Again (very rare to find a business these days where the customer comes first) My advice is BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING Call Keane directly first & you will understand for yourself what I'm talking about.…More Less
