Keith Albrecht was the listing agent on our house. If it was possible to give someone a negative amount of stars we would. I signed the listing agreement & 2 months later realized that my house was never put into the MLS system or up for sale AT ALL! We lived out of town so this was not brought to our attn until the prime season to sell a house was already gone. By the time we realized what he had done school was already in session & most people were no longer looking for a house. When I realized what was going on I called him multitudes of times & he would not return my calls as I'm sure he then realized what he'd done. When he did return my call I asked him to release the listing of my home & he refused! He admitted what he'd done but refused to let me out of the contract. This caused us to have to file bankruptcy because of the urgent need to sell this very large home. This situation has cost me well over $15,000 to date & it's still not over. My credit is completely ruined not to mention the damage that filing bankruptcy has done to my life. To this day he has not apologized for all of the havoc he has caused. I hold Keith Albrecht completely responsible for this entire situation. He is very arrogant & I'm sure he has not lost one bit of sleep over his total lack of professionalism & pathetic work ethic. If only we had of known then what we know now we would’ve never listed with him!…More Less
