Bought a home in 2011.
We met Mr. Gilkey when he showed us a water front property for sale in the North East, Maryland area of the Chesapeake Bay. Though we did not purchase that particular piece of property, we never the less were immediately impressed with Mr. Gilkey's professionalism and demeanor. Eventually my wife and I found our dream home that was not on the market but the owners were on the fence about selling. When they eventually decided to sell to us, we immediately solicited Mr. Gilkey to aid us in shepherding the transaction to fruition. This he did in a professional manner, always at our service no matter what day or time. If you need a real estate agent...you could do no better than Mr. Keith Gilkey.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in Perryville, MD.
Keith and Tom helped our family with the selling and purchasing of a home. Both agents were very personable, were knowledgeable about our local area, completed research, and lead us during this trying process. They were able to show our home and help us through the negotiation process. Even through the most difficult times, they effectively communicated issues and helped us develop resolutions. Great Kept us informed and very easy to talk to. Would refer him to others.
He is always professional to do business with and returned calls very quickly.
He provided us with all the information we requested on the area we were looking in, spent a great deal of time with us and completely understood what we were looking for. He was honest and frank when we viewed homes together, rather then say every house is wonderful. You can tell he wanted us to buy a house we'd be happy with.
