In spring 2012, we had a great experience working with Keith Goad to sell our vintage home in Wrigleyville. We went under contract within a week of listing our house. From our introductory meeting through closing, Keith was professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, realistic, very friendly, and easy to work with. He also has a great sense of humor, which was always welcome during what can be a very stressful process. When we discussed the potential listing price, Keith was well-prepared with comps and information about the neighborhood. He had prepared a fantastic listing sheet and brochure, with beautiful photos and the perfect description of our vintage house. Given his knowledge and experience, he knew exactly how to highlight the strengths and charms of our century-old home. From the Open House, we received an offer and were under contract within a week.
