    Showed home in 2012 in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, CA 90068.
    On a whim, impulsively, I inquired about a vacant/unfinished lot I live next to. I had some ideas about what could be developed there.     Keith Kurlander began his career in Los Angeles as a director / editor producing numerous music videos and commercials. He's worked as an editor on such shows as "Dancing with the Stars", "the Howie Mandel Show" and "Entertainment Tonight". He also ran a successful post production facility, called Rad Productions, with 5 employees and 6 editors in the Los Feliz area for a number of years. Through a couple of his tennis partners he became interested in real estate, exploring the southern Oregon area, northern California, Palmdale, Lancaster, Desert Hot Springs, Indio and Joshua Tree. After analyzing many markets he became a real estate investor who over the last 2 years has bought and renovated 5 homes which are fully rented out, creating a net average 15% return on investment, that's after taxes and insurance. That's pretty good in anybody's book. Talk to Keith, he's very down to earth, he can sniff out a deal, he listens and most importantly, he can guide you smoothly through the house purchasing and/or selling process.
