Showed home in 2012 in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, CA 90068.
On a whim, impulsively, I inquired about a vacant/unfinished lot I live next to. I had some ideas about what could be developed there. Keith wrote me back within hours with information on who owned the land. Although I wasn't really in the market and was technically just wasting everyone's time, I really appreciated his quick response and the knowledge he had when I pressed on with a few more questions.

Keith kurlander was the key to our buying a property.he was always patient and friendly ad most important efficient.if Iwere to buy another property I would not hesitate in choosingKeith and I recommend him as an honorable person.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Crenshaw, Los Angeles, CA.
As a first time home buyer my husband and I were a little nervous and clueless when it came to buying a home. When we met Keith, he put our minds at ease and assisted us to find the perfect home. One that was in the area we wanted and one that fit in our price range. I would recommend him as an agent to anyone that is a home buyer. He listened and really zeroed in on what we were saying and therefore was able to help us find our perfect first home. Again, I would recommend him to anyone buying a home and we feel very lucky that he was our representative.

Keith's a great guy to work with. He showed us a number of investment properties but we just weren't ready to buy at the time. He actually ended up buying one that he showed us because it was such a fantastic deal. We would highly recommend Keith to anyone who wants to work with a down to earth and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Keith's very easy to work with and he's a very knowledgeable real estate agent because he's also an investor. He's found a number of investment properties for me to consider and I'm also looking at possibly purchasing a property Keith has turned me on to for my primary residence. He knows the market and has taken the time to get to know me and my personal situation as to be able to find properties that are actually within my scope. Plus, he's a funny and personable guy as well. I can't recommend him enough!
