OK Boston Guy, It is new as far as the price goes. Did you notice the NEW Price? This is over $100,000 from the original price & MORE THAN $45 a foot less than the house 2 doors down from just SOLD!! I did not stop Zillow from showing anything. I can not effect the information Zillow puts out. Zillow only allows me to put my description in. As for the Zillow estimate, I have sold many homes in the last year where the estimate was not in line to the true value. Sometimes it was above what the property sold for & sometimes below it. I for one, after 20 years selling real estate, have no clue with how they come up with their estimate.
Zillow doesn't always pick up the sales history & tax information when the property has not been transfered for many, many years. I don't know why Zillow works like that. I have noticed that when the property has been owned by the same entity for 15 or more years it seems to effect Zillow info on it. If you would like the Tax inf I can e-mail it to you.
