Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Princeton Heights, Saint Louis, MO.
A+ service. HIGHLY recommend! As a single, female, 20-something, I was totally overwhelmed with the thought of purchasing my first home. A family friend referred me to Keith and we hit it off right away. I was immediately drawn to his fun, energetic personality and enthusiasm for real estate. I had no idea what I wanted to purchase or where I wanted to live and Keith patiently showed me DOZENS of condos, multi-family properties and single family homes in every imaginable neighborhood throughout my year long search. He was so helpful, kind and honest throughout the whole process - I could tell my best interest was his top priority. Although my starter home and I were nowhere near his usual clientele (I’m sure), he treated me like I was his only client. He and his team were great and they were there for me every step of the way.

Keith was a tremendous asset in helping us purchase and build-out our condo.
Throughout the process we greatly appreciated Keith's advise, honest feedback and attention to detail. His experience and sales success in the high-end condo market played a major role as he guided us step-by-step working with contractors and ensuring project was completed correctly. We always felt someone had our back. He was prompt with telephone/email replies and was always available to answer questions and address issues. As out of town buyers, his knowledge of the local market, network of contacts and eye for design with new construction was invaluable. In addition to his strengths as a realtor, Keith was enjoyable to work with. We highly recommend him.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Skinker-DeBaliviere, Saint Louis, MO.
I contacted Keith by email through the email addressed supplied. I received a telephone call from Keith within the next 5-10 minutes. He talked to me, tried to get a feel about what we were looking for in a house and location, and by the end of the day I was being sent homes for sale that where in the ballpark of what we were looking for. We made arrangements to come to town, and Keith had homes lined up for us to see the day after we arrived. He was very attentive and very helpful the whole way through the process. All moved very smoothly and quickly.

We chose Mr. Manzer to list our house because we knew that his exceptional qualities and skills would diminish the stress-level in our lives. We were impressed with his knowledge, expertise & responsiveness. Keith was able to confidently guide us through every stage - preparing the house for listing, asking price (compared with other listing - activity in the market, etc.), when to show, guidance on offers & negotiating.
We are also working with Keith to help us locate a new home to purchase. He is tireless in his efforts to supply us with good, quality listings to consider. The last thing we want is to have our time wasted viewing potential properties that don't meet our criteria. Keith does not do this.
Keith is very personable, yet confident. Selling one's home is almost always stressful. Keith handled every little detail while keeping us informed at every turn. His knowledge of the various markets is extensive. If you're looking for a realtor to provide you with a sense of confidence and security - one that truly listens and understands your needs & wants, Keith Manzer is who you should partner with - without a doubt. My wife and I highly recommend Keith to any and all, without reservation.

We tested the real estate waters twice with Keith (without buying), before selecting him again earlier this summer when we purchased our first home. We have known him for about five years.
Keith is extremely knowledgeable about Saint Louis (city and county). He has been in the business for over 30 years, knows this complicated city well, and is remarkably connected. His contacts are helping us update our home now that we are settling in.
Keith is an energetic agent, an attribute really important to us. We were working under a time crunch earlier this summer, and ended up viewing over 30 homes in 2 1/2 days. Keith thrived under the challenge.
Keith has always been responsive to our concerns, decisive, and ethical. He is a consummate professional: knowledgeable, passionate and an agent with integrity. We will not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
Keith has done an excellent job for us. Keith was fantastic in negotiating the best possible contract for us when we purchased our home. We could not have been happier with the whole transaction. It went very smooth and stress free!
Bought a home in 2012 in Town and Country, MO 63131.
Keith helped my husband and I find the perfect home for our family. As first time home buyers, we truly knew nothing about the home buying process. Keith was very patient in answering all of our questions and concerns along the way. He escorted us on a countless number of showings at houses in many different areas of St. Louis. Keith's knowledge and experience in a variety of St. Louis neighborhoods is priceless and served to be very helpful in our decision-making process. He pointed out pros and cons that we never would have thought to consider in each and every house we saw.
In the end, Keith encouraged us to go for a house that was perfect for us and within our budget. He guided us through the inspections, negotiations, and closing processes with ease. He was always available, he worked with great integrity and professionalism, and always had our best interests at heart. The whole process was too good to be true and we could never thank Keith enough for his time and investment in our family.
Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Central West End, Saint Louis, MO.
Keith represented the seller of the home we purchased in late 2010. He made that a remarkably pleasant and easy experience. While that was key, we had difficulty finding a buyer for our home. Keith was helpful in working with our realtors, and in the end was instrumental in finding a way to manage what became a difficult transaction. He helped negotiate a way around several financial logjams. Were it not for his work on our behalf, the sale might not have been consummated. He actually taught the realtor for our prospective buyer how to work around a financial hurdle. Without that, the transaction might have faltered. He thereby enabled our house to sell, which in turn, enabled us to purchase our home from his client. It was all very professional and resulted in two happy sellers and two happy buyers. Thanks Keith!
