Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Lakewood, CO.
Kelley was absolutely awesome to work with. She knows the ins and outs of the entire process, is increddibly resourceful and has a good network of professionals that she can recommend. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Evergreen, CO.
Kelley was recommended to us by a friend (who retired from real estate). She worked with us when we were interested in buying land in the foothills, providing us with many listings that met our criteria. We never ended up purchasing land. When we were ready to sell out home in Evergreen, she worked tirelessly to help us market our home and saw us through to the conclusion of a sale in September. That was not an easy task in this current economic climate.
We will be using her services again when we are ready to sell my mom's condo in Lakewood.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Morrison, CO.
We had worked with another agent from a different copy for a year and she wasn't very helpful and did certain things behind our back that was not in our favor. We then called another Realtor Company who had Kelley contact us. We were so happy with her service, friendless and her knowledge. I am so glad she was our agent.
