Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Richmond, RI.
Kelli was fantastic! She was always there when you called & if she was busy she got back to you ASAP. She is familiar with most areas and she will answer any of your questions no matter how important or unimportant they seem. We had 3 other agents before her and she outshined them all!! Thank you Kelly for finally selling our home so we could move and be close to our grandchildren!!! We will never forget you. Love, Barry & Cindy

Kelli has been a fantastic representative for my wife and I through the sale of our first home to the purchase of our current home. Kelli was always in communication with us through the entire process and made sure that we got a good price for our existing home and a better price on our new home. With her help we also were able to sell our home in about 2 weeks which relieved a lot of anxiety. Kelli has been a great realtor and friend to us.

Our experience with Kelli was above par. Buying your first home is stressful and full of pressure. Are you making the right choice, are you getting a great price, are you over committing? She not only guided us in the right direction, 3 years later, we still remember how wonderful she was to work with in alleviting all of our fears and stresses.

Selling a home is a very personal and difficult process and Kelli makes it as easy and painless as possible! She is extremely professional yet treats my family with such care and respect. She is available at any time, for any reason and is very helpful every step of the way. Choosing her to sell our home was the best decision we made!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $550K in Saunderstown, RI.
I saw several for sale signs with Kelli Improta's name. I decided to call and interview her. Immediately I knew Kelli was the realtor I wanted to help get my home ready for sale. Kelli helped me clean out my large home, helped me rearrange furniture for a better look. Kelli also supplied me with people who could mow my lawn, paint some of my interior, and do a big spring cleanup in the yard. Kelli also spent hours with me picking out all new appliances for my kitchen. Kelli became a friend to me and my children throughout the process, and we remain friends today. Kelli sold my home in a matter of a few months. Kelli was with me every step of the way and provided emotional support as well. I highly recommend Kelli Improta as your realtor, she is wonderful!

What a great experience my husband and I had when selling our home and finding a new one thanks to Kelli! She listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the house of our dreams! She had a great deal of knowledge about the areas we were interested in moving to and as well as great knowledge of the area we sold our home in which expedited the process. We have already referred her to all of our friends!
