Bought a home in 2012.
Kelli and Melissa are great, they worked very hard to get us into the home we wanted. They are very knowledgable in everything that needs to be done to get a great home in such a tough and ever changing market. Before Kelli, my wife and I made 7 offers and lost them all due to cash buyers or realtor error. We also had to do so much leg work to even find the homes to look at. When I first spoke with her I mentioned my issues and she immediately took control and found multiple homes to look at. She knew right away what tactics we needed to perform to get us our home that was beyond our expectations. They are so knowledgable about the market and really kept us updated on the current events regarding home purchasing. Kelli and Melissa completely grabbed the reins guiding us to homes within our stipulations and a huge weight was lifted, which many of you may know is 1/2 of the stress when purchasing a home... My experience with them was very pleasant and I would refer anyone and everyone to her and her team.... She has my business for life!!!!!

Sold a home in 2012.
We chose Kelli because her extensive knowledge of the area. She is current and proficient with her marketing skills and uses up to date tools that are available to her.
We appreciated Kelli's honesty.

Sold a home in 2010.
The house purchased was a short sale with 2 lenders. The sales price was 50% below the sellers loan amount. That said, Kelli was able to complete a transaction due to her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market in the Phoenix/Scottsdale marketplace. I'd highly recommend using Kelli for your primary residence or vacation home.

If you are looking for an Expert in the Short Sale process, Please give Kelli a call. I spoke with many real estate agents about my situation with my house and they all told me to walk away and foreclose. I then spoke with Kelli, and she decided to help me. Not only was she sensitive about the situation, she was professional and very knowledgable about real estate. A very kind person who is also a big part in her community and is a mentor for a non-profit organization. Thank you Kelli for all your help. I will be able to purchase another home in 2 years.

Bought a home in 2011.
We have nothing but good things to say about working with Kelli Grant. Kelli particularly enjoys working with people relocating to the Phoenix area which was very obvious in our dealings with her.
She is very knowledgeable about the Phoenix real estate market in general, and, in particular, the service areas identified in her profile. She lives in North Phoenix, works in Scottsdale and has immediate family living in Anthem. Cave Creek, Glendale, Peoria (where we purchased our home) are neighboring cities.
Moving to Phoenix from the East coast, we needed a realtor with knowledge of our target area, a 20 minute or less commute from my new employer. This was key for us and the primary reason that we selected Kelli.
Through her real estate portal, she can send automated alerts to new houses when they go on the market. In addition, the buyer can do some very specific searches as well. This was very attractive to me as I really enjoyed doing my own searches.
She was on time and prepared for all our meetings and home visits. On the day that we signed our purchase agreement, she knew the right questions to ask about the house and carefully looked after our interests as we signed a trillion documents. And the loan officer that she suggested made the mortgage process very smooth and painless.
No doubt there was much that Kelli did behind the scene that was totally transparent to us. Dealing with a company relocation is not easy for any real estate agent, but Kelli appeared to take it all in stride. This certainly aided in keeping our angst under control.
Moving is not fun, especially a coast to coast move. Kelli definitely made it as painless as possible.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in North Gateway, Phoenix, AZ.
Kelli and her crew did an exceptional job of marketing and selling our house. They made it look easy, but when I saw the work they did with over-the-top marketing materials, open houses, house prep and more- it was clear that they worked really hard to get it sold in 9 days. I highly recommend Kelli to represent you!

Bought a home in 2012.
Kelli and her associate Melissa were always willing to go the extra mile for me when I was unable to see a house that was available and that I was interested in. They would preview the house for me, taking videos and uploading them to the internet so I could see the house almost first-hand. They were very on top of the quickly changing trends in market value and advised me wisely on how to be sure I got the house I wanted. I would recommend Kelli's business to anyone.
