Having lived in the Fallon-Fernley area for the past 42 years gives me the advantage of local knowledge.  Licensed in 1996 and opening my brokerage in 2004, I've had the opportunity to specialize in all aspects of Real Estate.  Having sold "New Homes" during the growth, I'm familiar with each developements location, style and improvements.

I've been enjoying the resale market, in finding homes for first time homebuyers.  I listen and hear the needs of my buyers and seller giving me the ability to find exactly what they want.

Certified as a Distressed Property Expert, I've been able to assist in helping owners get the most out of their home in this down market, while negotiating with their banks and helping them during this trying time.

I recently used the services of Kellie to purchase investment properties in a 1031 exchange. As you might know the time restraints of a 1031 can be difficult if exchanging in the same general area. I am from the Bay Area and was purchasing properties in Fernley Nv. Kellie's confidence and knowledge of the area took a lot of weight off of my shoulders. The market in Fernley is hot and she was able to get me in to contract and closed on four properties in 45 days. I look forward to having her and her husband manage my properties now as I have arranged for her to be my property manager.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Stagecoach, NV.

Kellie helped me through a byzantine short-sale purchase. She was very responsive to all of my questions and kept on top of notifying me of the bank's actions. She first showed me the home using a flashlight!

Bought a home in 2011.

Kellie was fantastic! We initially approached her to discuss how we could prepare to own a home in the future.
