I need to update my email address on my account and when I try to do that it says my email address is already in use. When I try to log in using my new email address it says that account is dormant and I need to register to use it. I've never created an account with my new email address so I'm not sure where the dormant account came from. I just want to update my account with the correct email address without having to re-register everything all over again.
