I am a thorough person so therefore I had many questions about the home-buying process, home systems, home construction, and needed general recommendations for everything. Kelly was professional, experienced, intuitive, patient, very responsive, and even empathetic when this process was stressful and emotional. When we were together, she focused strictly on me and I never felt like she was 'too busy' with someone else, although I know she was juggling many other clients. It was clear she wanted to provide the very best home buying experience for me within her power and she absolutely did that! Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $175K in Stone Mountain, GA.

Kelly is probably one of the best realtors in the Atlanta area. We would use her again next time we move. Kelly is very in tune with the market and has some great tools that help make her better at what she does than most. She is easy to get along with, pleasant, smart, and tactful.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Doraville, GA.

Kelly helped us purchase and sell homes recently in Tucker, GA. On the sell side she did a wonderful job with helping us prepare our home for sale (staging recommendations, prioritizing repairs/improvements). During that sale Kelly did a good job working with the buyers and buyers' agents to answer questions and guide them through through the purchase as well as helping us punch-list items as they arose. She also did a great job listening to our concerns during the final negotiations. This resulted in a timely sale at the right price. On the buy side she was very responsive when coordinating visits to the home we were interested in. She handled the offer negotiations well - once again listening to our concerns and advising - and helped us work through the punch-list items with the seller. Kelly definitely made the buying process easier for us. Overall - Kelly is a trustworthy, dependable, and hardworking agent and I would recommend her to anyone buying/selling.  More Less
