Bought a home in 2012.
An absolute joy to work with. Showed us homes based on our interests and didn't stray from our price point. Extremely organized with the showings and planned ahead to account for if we happened to get ahead or behind schedule with the showings(didn't rush us). Would highly recommend her services to anyone reading this review. I have already been doing with friends who are or will be in the market.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Silver Spring, Milwaukee, WI.
I felt that kelly sly has accomplished her job, and did a good job doing so. With every question i had, she did her best to find an answer and answered as quickly as possible. There were a couple times where it took more than a few days but she usually emailed/called back the day after or of. she was patient and honest about us (my family and i) finding the property and about the properties she arranged for me or my parents to see. I recommend kelly to any new home buyers.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Arlington Gardens, Milwaukee, WI.
As a first time home buyer I was weary of the home buying process, and skeptical of Agents. After meeting Kelly I felt assured that she was interested in helping me find a home I liked and fit my needs. I was very impressed with Kelly's knowledge, professionalism, and most of all patience. I had a very difficult loan process with some very intriguing hurdles. It was great to have someone as responsive as Kelly to help me through the processes when it seemed overwhelming.
I couldn't have asked for a better Agent. I have recommended Kelly to friends and when I ultimately sell my current home and buy a new home, I will work with her in the future. She was very responsive, very considerate, and really gives the buyer the freedom to make their decisions without being pushed into something they may regret. We put multiple offers in and had a long lending process, but Kelly helped me with everything.
