Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Franklin, TN.
Mr Ken was very knowledgable and patient through the whole process. He was able to find listings as soon as they were posted and got me into see the home the next day. He gave me great advice and was with me every step of the way. Without him, I would not have found my new home! I would recommend him to anyone if you are looking to buy or sell your home!!!

Sold a home in 2007.
Ken Banks was extremely helpful when I got ready to sell my house. He made suggestions about ways to present my house and lost cost improvements that I could choose to make or not.

He was very knowledgeable about the area that I live in and knew how much homes were selling for there. He shared what he knew about thearea with me and he listened when I explained what I wanted as a listing price for my house. He also told me how he was going to market my house and it seemed like every realtor in the county knew about my house as soon as the sign went into the yard.

There were two showings on the first day. Guess it was priced right because I got a full price offer. Ken Banks did a great job and I hope he's around when I get ready to sell again. I highly recommend him.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Columbia, TN.
Lost 2 sales. Did not follow up on one offer. Did not have the contract signed by the buyer on the second offer. Also, Lost the earnest money for the second offer. Bad market to goof up sales

Ken Banks is a very poor example real estate agent from my experience. He lost information about the property, failed to communicate my wishes effectively with potential buyers, and did not take the time to get a buyer to sign the final sales agreement. He also lost my earnest money. The first buyer just got frustrated and gave up.

The house was staged and I had a house sitter while on the market. I was assured all the documents were in place when I cleaned out the house and moved everything to storage. Also moved out the house sitter. The buyer did not show for the closing. As he had never signed the agreement, there was no breach of contract.

Even after a meeting to address the issues with his Broker, he goofed up.
