We originally used another realtor to begin the process of selling our house. After two months of frustration, and continually dropping offers, we parted ways with the Windermere agent and took the house off the market. We were so frustrated from the first experience that we almost rented the house instead of trying to sell it. Ken went out of his way to call me and address my concerns about the process. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Kent, WA.
My family was hit hard by the economic downturn. Both my wife and myself lost jobs we thought were secure. We contacted Bank of America through a real estate agent to see what could be done, and we were given approval for a short sale. We had the house sold within two months for everything the bank had requested. At that point, B.O.A. would not return phone calls to me or either real estate office. After about 90 days of effort, the buyer pulled out. At this point we did not make a payment for over a year, and then Ken Crotts contacted me. I listened to what he had to say, but did not believe he would be able to anything and declined his service. Later, as I was working to "Turn the Keys Over" to the bank, Ken called back. I thought "What the Heck" and signed up with him. Much to my suprise, he got the job done. No matter what roadblock the bank threw in our way, Ken was able to navigate around it. I highly recommend Ken and his team to anyone who is in a similar situation, and advise you stick with him when you think there is no hope.
