I have worked in the mortgage industry as a mortgage consultant for the past 16 years utilizing conventional, FHA, VA  and USDA loan programs as well as non-conforming loan products. I currently live in Mercersburg, PA and have lived there since 10/2007 after having lived in Baltimore (Catonsville), Maryland my entire life. I maintain both a home office as well as an office in Greenbelt , MD. I am licensed in MD, PA, VA, DC, DE and FLA.

I actually enjoy working with borrowers whose loans may take some time, effort and experience to get approved and welcome all applications.
