Ken and Vicki Miller went beyond the call of duty at every point, never a question, never a hesitation. Moving is difficult in the easiest of times; I cannot imagine having gone through this sale in such a difficult market without all the big and small favors they did for us. You could not do better than to have them on your team. They understand service, their service is the best, and they put service way ahead of their personal profit.

Ken and Vicki were wonderful to work with. I had never sold a home before, and they were very patient with all of my questions, explaining pros and cons, never making me feel pressured to make a quick decision. They walked with me step by step after I accepted an offer though closing documents. There were never any surprises during the process. I would definitely recommend their wonderful service to others.

I purchased my home in December 2007. Ken Miller assisted me in the search for a house for my retirement years. We looked at many properties and found a perfect house for me. Ken was consistently reponsive and patient with impressive local knowledge. Every part of our association was handled professionally and promptly. I highly recommend Ken.

I asked alot of questions of Ken about King City before we ever met (by phone). He was always VERY helpful and knowledgeable about the King City area. When I found a home that I was interested in (HUD Foreclosure) I found that Ken and Vicki were listed as qualified to help me buy a HUD home! So I called them and they immediately responded and the same day I made a bid on the home. My bid was accepted by noon the next day! After that I worked with Vicki through the remainder of the process. She was very responsive, very thorough, prompt, helpful, knew all the ins and outs of buying a home in King City, and even accompanied me to sign the papers at closing.
I would highly recommend them for anyone buying a home in the areas that they service.

Ken and Vicki are working in a hard area for real estate, especially in this market. It took a year to sell the house and there were lot of houses for sale in a select market. They were persistent in their approach and allowed us to be flexible in taking the house on and off the market (which was required for a personal reason) . They understood the local area (King City) market and how our house stacked up to the many others that were for sale. They advertised well and were always willing to show the house. There dedication to their profession was evident.

Their website is very complete and easy to use, listing all available properties in the 3 contiguous reitrement communities around King City, OR.; many useful links also. Ken and Vicki are committed to excellent service - very prompt in returning calls and e-mail, very knowedgeable of real estate details. Ken was readily available to show us over 25 properties when we visited from Rochester, NY to buy here. They help organize local 1st Sunday of the month open houses for current listings. They live in the community and participate in numerous clubs and activities.
