Bought a home in 2012.
We found a house we like with Kendall. We were the first home buyer.We felt she always treated us in a professional way. She was the best agent we had met. She listened to us until we found a house we like. She is very knowledgeable about Ft. Wayne area and she is also able to distinguish good houses. She is very responsive about our requests such as email responses, text message and phone. It would have been better if she attended the closing deal. Other than that, we were glad working with her. We can say we enjoyed our house search with her! We highly recommended her. Ask may questions to her. She will find the answers for you.

Bought a home in 2011.
We were to move from Westfield, Indiana to Fort Wayne, Indiana. We had to get a realtor right away as our home in Westfield sold very quickly. We called Kendall Overymeyer and was so pleased with her. We had just a couple of weeks in which to find a home and she got on it right away. She had several to show us each trip we made to Fort Wayne. She was extremely helpful in the finding of our new home. She had everything scheduled, always on time and really knew what style of home we wanted. Kendall is very professional and helpful through the whole buying and closing process. I would definitely use her again and would refer her to anyone who wanted to buy or sell their home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Huntington, IN.
Kendall has helped us purchase real estate on three separate occasions, and she also helped us sell our home. We have worked with her four times when buying and selling, and she was very informative and honest. She knew the current rules and regulations in real estate. An honest, knowledgeable realtor can be hard to find, but Kendall possesses all of these qualities...which is a definite plus!
She also helped us to refinance our home, which goes above her call of duty. My husband and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Bought a home in 2011.
My husband and I just purchased real estate property and used Kendall as our agent. If it weren't for her expertise knowledge and persitance with the "unusual" things that were attached to the property we would not have been able to purchase it. We believe it was her thorough knoweldge and overall dedication that allowed us to purchase the property in a "smooth" transaction.
