With such a large investment, whether buying or selling, it is imperative that you have a realtor who is knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is especially true when relocating to a new, unfamiliar area. It is a bonus to find one that you want to befriend. Kendra Cooke and her amazing team (Darlene & Kelly) were just that. They were knowledgeable, trustworthy, prompt, and very personable. The ladies were quick to develop a relationship with us. Just moments after meeting Kendra, there was a level of comfort. She was able to strike up a conversation that helped her get to know us as a couple and learn what we were looking for without that awkward feeling we had with other realtors.
Kendra's network includes some really fantastic resources, which helped to make the process unbelievably quick and easy. We believe Kendra’s ability to cultivate relationships has helped her to establish a network of other outstanding services. One resource that must be noted is Shawn Kaplan with Access Mortgage.
