Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Bowling Green, KY.
I met Kenny in January 2012 and bought a home in May 2012. He called me within 1 day of being referred to him as a client and wanted to send me a list of potential homes. Kenny allowed me to have control of the house hunting process but always provided his knowledge and direction when needed or asked. He was very respectful of my taste and home choice, and was very honest and direct about the pros and cons of each house. Due to my field of work, I was often only able to view houses late at night, and Kenny was very accommodating. He made time on the weekends to show houses and was always connected by phone. I called, texted, and emailed Kenny at all times of day, even holidays, and he responded immediately everytime. I made 5 offers on houses and Kenny was very patient and encourging with each offer I made. I bought my first home May 25, 2012, and he worked hard to make sure I was buying the home I wanted.
