A buyer sent me a note through Zillow's anonymous system. I tried to respond, but it wouldn't submit

Answer
Since they found your listing on zillow, perhaps you could post the answer somewhere on your listing - they might be back to check your page if they like the house.

Vintage Bathroom - Reglaze or Keep?

Answer
Tudors are very popular with people who are looking for old world charm. I would keep the tile because it will go great in keeping with the era detail. A reglaze and new tint would be great to breathe some new life into it. Reglazing will also safe money and keep landfills down.

What is the HOA fee?

Answer
HOA fee refers to Homeowner Association fee or dues. These are usually paid monthly. The amount of the dues depends on what services they include such as monthly cable fees, management fees, common area insurance and maintenance, water, sewer, garbage, etc. Most condos have a homeowner's association. But other properties such as planned communities, some townhome developments, etc. may also have monthly HOAs and HOA fees.

Renting your House

Answer
It is difficult for me to answer your question about rental comps. I do not know what condition your home is in, if you get a good view of Lake Meridian or not. What the traffic noise is from 272nd, etc. Generally, rents in that area go for around $1500 - 1600/mo. if the home is in good condition and there are no negative factors. Some of the view homes with good access to the lake rent for $2000 and homes with negative factors rent for $1200/mo. You should look in your local paper what other landlords are asking for and then view these homes and see how they stack up compared to yours. Also, if you know some of the neighbors on the block, find out if there are other renters in the neighborhood and ask what they are paying for rent. Good luck. Kerstinwww.propertyinseattle.com

Renting your House

Answer
http://www.nupplegal.com/warental.htmlThere are several websites online where you can purchase rental forms. Most will charge you between $15-30 to do so. Or contact your real estate agent and see if they can provide you with forms. I hope this answer was helpful. Kerstin G. Brooks - Brooks & Heinze Team at Remaxwww.propertyinseattle.com
