In 2003 I married into a "real estate" family, with my husband being an attorney specializing in real estate transactions and my father in law being the principal broker of a real estate company in my community. Over the years I participated in everything from assisting with the mortgage company my husband had started to managing properties of rentals we had accumulated. "Flipping" houses also became a significant part of our lives for a while.
While my relationship with my husband didn't quite pan out, my relationship and love of real estate continued. So getting my real estate license seemed to be the logical solution, and working with my "family" was the way to go. Having spent my early career working in the social work field, and continuing to do volunteer work with programs such as CASA (court appointed special advocates) I made the decision to continue my passion for assisting others by obtaining my certification as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. With this information I am better able to assist those in financial crisis determine their best options in the world of real estate.
Additionally, I am the mother of 4 terrific kids, the sister of one fabulous gal, and the daughter of 2 amazing parents. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville.
