DO NOT HIRE HIM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! We ended up firing Mr. Clark due to his deplorable service in the listing of our $170K house. From the beginning, it was very hard to communicate with him as he rarely returns phone calls, emails, etc. He has NO SENSE OF URGENCY WHATSOEVER and his lack of concern shows everywhere.When asked to do something (such as change the listing price in MLS), it would take up to a week for him to fulfill the request.Advertising a property is critical for it reach out to all possible buyers & achieve sale (as well as other factors obviously but advertising is key).Mr. Clark has a VERY limited advertising network which HURT US TREMENDOUSLY. He was unable to bring the # of showings that our new realtor brings.Mr. Clark attained ~10 showings in the 7-mo period and our new realtor has booked 6 in the first 2 weeks.Clark is not proactive at all and we got tired of dealing with such outrageous level of unprofessionalism on his part.When fired and asked to meet to return our keys,he blatantly stood us up.He did not call to cancel appt., he did not answer our repeated calls while waiting for him to show up, and neither did he apologize!We strongly feel Mr. Clark is an incompetent broker and DO NOT RECOMMEND his services at all.He also has complaints filed with BBB.Please stay away from Mr. Clark!!

If you are looking for a Company to not only sell your home but help you buy a home, please see all my reviews on Zillow from my previous clients. You will see how happy my clients were will my companies service level. My BBB rating is also A + rating. Not only did my company bring in a full price offer for my client to buy their home but also had a renter lined up for $1500.00 to move into the property. How much better can it get when a client has an option to sell or rent their home at the same time at full price offers. My client and their family members could not pay the commission and closing cost for the buyer so they decided to rent the property out instead. Once I had a renter lined up in days for $1500.00 with a client moving out of state to San Antonio, they decided not to rent the house after they committed to the renter and signed the lease. All of this communication was accomplished while my client was out of the country for weeks.
I list my house through Kevin Clark and this guy is something. First, he NEVER calls back. He always blames on his workers at office for not getting message. After 7 visits from my home, he calls me that I had some problems with foundation. You would think that if house has problem either fix it or offer as discounts to those who are really interested. This was the only phone call I got from this guy in three months. He sounds like he is in control but he does nothing to promote your house. He relies on his web site and just sit around and wait to collect money. Do not ever go with this lazy guy.

My seller's house was listed and sold in 81 days during the holidays by Clark Realty & Associates. The seller moved out of town during the listing. My company not only had a buyer for his property but negoiated foundation repairs and other repairs needed to close the transaction for the seller. No money upfront by the sellers for the foundation repairs and other repairs. These repairs were coordinated by my Renovation Compay. My seller did not have to worry about turning the power, water, or opening the house for the workers. My company did all of this for him while he lived out of town. The seller left behind a lot of trash when moving and my Renovation Company hauled all it off for him at no cost. Because of my companies knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills, we were able to sell and close on his home in 81 days during the holidays. Please see all my other testimonials below to show the consistency of what I just wrote above.

He collected money from my relative for 9 years and they always had to pay extra due to them not getting the rent, which in my opinion he had to be pocketing the money. we had a huge mold problem with the house, and there was leak coming from the 2nd floor shower that he never fixed. He sent people to patch it up, but it always came back. He sent somebody that was actually honest and said they would fix it, but kevin told them just to patch it up. In the end he had took so much of our money, made me sick from the mold, and kicked my relative out that is 65 years of age out of the house and only gave us less then two months to find a house. Whenever she found a house, he gave her bad reviews. This landlord will ruin your life if you get a house from him.

This tenant is just upset because the owner decided to sell their home after many years as a rental. What kind of tenant stays in one place for 9 years if their management company is not doing a great job This tenant was also under SAHA which has strict guidelines and inspects their homes every year. SAHA does not mess around with issues that needs to be repaired. In fact, we worked with this tenant over a dozen times over the years because they could not pay their rent. We could have evicted these tenants many years ago and they would have lost their assistance with SAHA. How many management companies would help their tenants like this? It is not my companies fault the sellers decided to sell their home and the tenants waited to the last minute to find a home. The condition of the home that these tenants left it, was beyond unacceptable. Pictures and videos do not lie! The tenant received bad reviews from my company because she was late and left the owners home in terrible condition.

I decided to buy a property from Clark Realty and have him manage the property since I am out state. I can tell you that the experience was exceptional. I found his whole team responsive and my purchase was accomplished with ease.
I have owned out of state property (property purchased outside the state I live) and always found it to be challenging. Either the property was in disrepair, left un-rented, neglected or we received fraudulent charges.
I have complete confidence with Clark Realty on all levels of of my association with the organization. I had specific goals in mind in purchasing a property - which Kevin met. I had concerns over the economy and timeliness of repairs - which Kevin performed quickly and economically. I received a quick turnaround in responsible tenants.
I received recommendations from two other persons whose properties are also managed by Kevin. They have been associated with Clark realty for some time and were instrumental in my decision in buying a property and having it managed by Clark Realty
In addition to the efficiency of the operation, I found all the representatives of Clark Realty to be gracious and very welcoming. Which gave my experience an even more pleasant aspect to it.

Clark Realty went the extra mile for me and took care of everything related to my recent purchase of a property in San Antonio. I purchased a HUD home and was a bit overwhelmed by the process and my lender took much longer to fund than I had anticipated but Jason, my Realtor at Clark Realty, guided me through the process and went above and beyond in terms of working with the lender, the title company and myself to make sure the transaction closed. I highly recommend them.

10/12/2012 - user2477638Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Converse, TX.
Kevin spent 2 days showing me properties as we viewed a number of houses in various neigborhoods. He was patient with me as we would stop at signed houses not on his list, just to get value comparisons. Before my arrival in San Antonio, he had sent me a number of properties to view via the internet so that I could make up my list for on site viewing. Once I arrived in town we compared my list to his list and planned out our tour. After the first day (a saturday), I made an offer under their asking price and we continued looking on Sunday to pick a second position. That Monday, Kevin negotiated for the seller to accept my offer.
So within 5 days I was able to buy an investment property with positive cash flow and Kevin was able to fix up and rent it within a month.
