In the fall of 2009--just when everything about the housing market and banking industry was freezing up--Kevin (and his business partner, David Updike) helped me to list my house for sale. In the $650-700k range, with those market conditions, I feared the worst. But I had an offer within three weeks, and I closed for 98% of my asking price. For this, I credit Kevin's and David's skillful marketing. In particular, Kevin offered sensible advice about low-budget improvements and staging techniques that almost definitely contributed to the timely sale.
