      Bought a home in 2012.
      Kevin Hall of Goodwin and Thyne was a top notch buyer agent. If you are tech savvy and do not mind doing some research on your own, he is the agent for you. He listened to our criteria and set us up with daily emails of properties that fit that criteria. We found a bank owned property about a month after we contacted him. It was a bidding war but Kevin gave us great consultation throughout. It was our very first bid in Santa Barbara and we got it! We were so ecstatic! Then there were some issues with the property that in most bank owned properties is often the case. It was listed “as is” - but Kevin wouldn’t have anything to do with that. He was able to have the listing agent pay for the repairs and even gave us credit for some of the things that were not finished before the closing date. An added bonus: if your company is part of the Coastal Housing Partnership, you get an additional rebate on your house purchase.  MoreLess

      Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $625K in Oak Park, Santa Barbara, CA.
