Sold a home in 2015 in South Ozone Park, Queens, New York, NY 11420.

A busy guy with a good staff.. Thank you Linda.. who kept me up to date with necessary info about what was going on, while i was out of state. He basically advised me and gave me the necessary pros and cons of each move. CLEARLY.. easily understood.. We we in sync during the entire process. This market is still not completely clear what is going to happen.. there are still many twists and turns which sometimes take a quick response and quicker thinking. In this market got to get it sold, no time to waste. I would defiantly recommend Kevin to anyone who was looking for a great agent.   More Less

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2015 in Oceanside, NY.

I inquired about a house on Zillow. I asked to see the house via message to one of the agents, as no one picked up the phone on the listed number. The next day I get called from 3 different agents telling me there ready to schedule a showing. The next day, A Saturday, I call back to make arrangements to see the house only to find out from the receptionist that, 1)No one is available until Monday, 3 separate Realtors not working on the weekends?? 2)The house is in fact not for sale and had been in contract for some time. 3)Told the receptionist to have one of the 3 agents call me asap to clarify this confusion. No one responded until... 4) The following TUESDAY, I get a message from another agent,now the 4th, asking me if I was still interested in seeing the house??? I called her back and told her I was told it was already under contract,to which she seemed surprised,and asked to call me back. Upon calling me back confirmed it was in fact no longer available. So after 4 days and 4 different agents and a receptionist, no one seemed to be on the same page, didn't know about their own listing, Didn't have any sense of urgency, didn't have anyone available for their own listing AND have called me about 2 dozen times since to try sell me something. My experience is that they are a prime example of what a realtor shouldn't do.  More Less

So sorry to hear this. There is clearly a misunderstanding here. When you make a request for more information on Zillow.com they send your inquiry to multiple agents simultaneously. Sadly we cannot control the way Zillow.com operates or the manner in which different real estate agents process their leads. We reached out to you right away and spoke with you to let you know that there was an accepted offer on the property. You may have confused me with someone else because of multiple agents being involved in communicating with you on the same property. You may be better served with finding one agent to represent your best interest and to facilitate this coordination to prevent this issue of being contacted by multiple agents. We'd be happy to have a conversation to discuss the benefits of working one on one so you receive better customer service. Hope to hear from you.
