I found Kevin through a Zillow listing and withing a month we found the apartment of my dreams! While we were looking, he listened to my needs, addressed them with every home we saw, and gave suggestions where appropriate. Once we found the apartment I later bought, he was my process guru. Where can you find an agent that will help you fight your tax assessment at City Hall? Nowhere. Kevin was professional and easy to work with. Further he possessed 'common sense' strategies that work. It's stressful when buying/selling a home and you need someone with heads up common sense and Kevin provides that. If you don't choose Kevin, you do it at your own peril.…More Less
