Kevin is great; much, much better than the rest. He is professional, calm, and balanced. He knows the market and shares facts not just opinions. Having observed many agents and worked with a couple, I am confident that he stands apart.

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA.
I found Kevin through a Zillow listing and withing a month we found the apartment of my dreams! While we were looking, he listened to my needs, addressed them with every home we saw, and gave suggestions where appropriate. Once we found the apartment I later bought, he was my process guru. I was totally lost in the paperwork and he made everything as simple and as streamlined as he could. Thanks so much Kevin! Me and my apartment are blissfully happy together :-)

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.075M in Forest Hill, San Francisco, CA.
Where can you find an agent that will help you fight your tax assessment at City Hall? Nowhere. Kevin was professional and easy to work with. Further he possessed 'common sense' strategies that work. It's stressful when buying/selling a home and you need someone with heads up common sense and Kevin provides that. If you don't choose Kevin, you do it at your own peril.

Kevin Markarian is a quality agent and expert in the San Francisco Real Estate market (seller and buyer strategies and trends), and I highly recommend him. I looked unsuccessfully for four years for a home with five different agents in San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley before my mortgage loan agent recommended Kevin. Kevin investigated all the houses we toured in advance to ensure they fit my search criteria, and were in the listed condition. Kevin never pressured me to considered houses that I did not feel good about or like. Kevin was genuinely interested in making sure I made the right decision based on my resources and capacity. Kevin also provided his contacts to respond to different aspects and questions regarding my purchase. These are invaluable contacts as a first time home buyer, and a buyer of a rental property. In short, I am very happy with my decision to close with Kevin, and I really appreciate Kevin’s patience.

Kevin is hardworking and responsive day and night. Kevin shows us more than 20 houses and gave us great advise on the home purchasing process. We ended up not buying due to our financial uncertainty but still would highly recommend Kevin as buyer's agent.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic! We were looking to purchase a home that was offered as a short sale and we chose Kevin based on his experience in the area. He did not disappoint. He met with us initially to explain the entire process in detail. He was extremely responsive by both phone end email throughout the entire transaction. When we had questions or concerns that he was not able to answer or address he was able to direct us to resources that could. I found him a valuable recourse to have with me as we walked through with the home inspector, he asked great questions and provided valuable feedback at the end. We could not be more happy with our choice to have Kevin represent us and will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in San Francisco.

Sold a home in 2012.
Kevin represented us in the sale of our house. We had already left the city (and the state, and the timezone) prior to the house going on the market, so we had to rely exclusively on Kevin to move the process along. Our buyers were also interested in qualifying for an FHA-backed loan, which can be an involved and extended process. Kevin worked overtime doing the legwork that was necessary for the loan to get approved.
We have worked with a number of real estate agents over the years, and Kevin is certainly the best of the bunch. I would use him again, and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Kevin showed me a few homes in San Francisco, and was very knowledgeable about real estate, honest (gave me the scoop) and professional (very thorough and responsive). He fought for me and really made me feel like my best interests were most important.

Kevin is a fantastic agent! We were looking for something in the Glen Park area and Kevin showed us multiple listings in the area, had some great knowledge of the neighborhood and history. Great guy to work with. Responded quickly to our inquiries and all around nice fellow. I'd reccomend Kevin to anyone looking for an agent in the Bay Area.
