    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Spring Hill, FL.
    Susan and especially Kevin were very helpful throughout the entire process, patiently guiding us through the things we needed to do, sending us listings that matched our interests, showing us the properties, helping us understand the condition they were in and what might or might be needed if we purchased one. They helped a lot in deciding a starting price and negotiating a final price, even when sellers were far less than helpful.
