Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Columbia, CT.
Kevin found the perfect home for me and my husband. Knowing our wish list and the locations we were targeting Kevin showed us many homes prior to our purchase. Kevin was very responsive to our requests to see homes and was accommodating, flexible and patient with showing them. Kevin was always prepared with the property's details and knowledgeable about the town and surrounding areas. Kevin regularly sent us information on homes he thought would be of interest to us. Once he included one which had everything on our wish list but was outside our target location however he encouraged us to look at it. We did and it is now our home. We are grateful for Kevin's insight and help. He is knowledgeable, honest and kind; a true professional throughout the entire process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $25K in Uncasville, CT.
I can't praise this agent enough! He was very helpful. He never claimed to know all the answers, but he never failed to quickly find an answer if we needed one. He has a very relaxed approach - never pushed, but was always ready to help and was always there when we needed him. My wife and I highly recommend him!
