Bought a home in 2013.
Kevin was awesome in my search for a first home. He gave me updated listings not available to the public, answered any and all questions that I had, and made the whole buying process a piece of cake. We toured a few houses before I found mine, and when it came down to price negotiations he was spot on and very quick. He is dedicated, professional and patient. Bought a home in 2012.
Having bought numerous properties over the years my wife and I have come to consider ourselves experts on what can happen when you have the wrong Realtor working for you. In fact, we wrote the book.
I am happy to report this was not the case with Kevin. Actually, Kevin went out of his way to make up for every bad experience we had ever had with other agents. We gave Kevin very specific guidelines to work with and limited him to about a three mile radius. We only had a matter of weeks to find the perfect home and we actually went into this not knowing what we wanted even though we thought we did.
Kevin not only delved into the physical characteristics of what we desired and location, he guided us through the emotional turmoil. He is a true professional, cares deeply about his clients, knows everything about the local market, home décor and construction, expertly guides you through the negotiation process and helps you find the home of your dreams.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Apple Valley, MN.
