Lark Street homes in general should remain in demand long term for a variety of reasons. The neighborhood is walking distance to the capital and the area remains a good rental market. Add the variety of shops and restaurants and I foresee positive values going forward. I always have buyers looking in center square.
A townhouse generally refers to a style of home. Condominum refers to a type of ownership. It is confusing but you can have a "townhouse" style home that is also a condominium.Condominium ownership you generally own from the walls in only. Where with a single family home you in fee simple interest you own the home and the land. Hope this helps.
