what is the difference between a "townhouse" and a "condo"?
Answer
A townhouse generally refers to a style of home. Condominum refers to a type of ownership. It is confusing but you can have a "townhouse" style home that is also a condominium.Condominium ownership you generally own from the walls in only. Where with a single family home you in fee simple interest you own the home and the land. Hope this helps.
