Bought a Condo home in 2008 in Central Avenue, Albany, NY.
Kevin helped my boyfriend and I find the perfect condo for us. He brought us to EVERY home we were interested in through our online search in just one Saturday (a 90 degree Saturday at that). Once we made our decision, he negotiated quickly and effectively for us; being first-time home-buyers, we were out of our league. Thanks to Kevin, we had a contract within hours of our first offer. He was friendly, professional, and a great person to work with. We trust him so much, we will definitely use him when we buy our next home. :)

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Cohoes, NY.
Kevin Clancy helped us price our house fairly and it sold very quickly. He guided us through the process and made it a very smooth transaction, even though we moved out of NYS prior to the closing. We would strongly recommend Clancy Real Estate.

Kevin is a well experienced, smart, knowledgeable, personable, and professional realtor. We used him as both a buyer's agent and a seller's agent and couldn't have asked for anything more in a realtor. He is responsive to inquiries and truly cares about his clients on a personal level.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Campus Area (University District), Albany, NY.
We sold our home last June of 2011. We received an offer within 8 days for full asking price. He made the entire situation so easy. On the flip side we were able to buy our dream home in Guilderland a month later. He recommended an excellent mortgage broker to use. Kevin Clancy is a hard working honest man and I would recommend him any day!

Kevin Clancy is a extraordinary real estate agent. He is very professional and knowledgeable of the business. We met Kevin while looking for a house in early 2008, he was very friendly and not a typical pushy real estate agent. We decided to sell our house and we asked him to represent us, he was very easy to work with and had great knowledge of the market and the area. We sold our house and then we asked him to assist us with purchasing a new home. Again, he helped find many houses to look at and ultimately with the purchase of our current home. He worked very hard for us and did not give up until what we wanted was meet. I would highly recommend Kevin Clancy to anyone that is looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional real estate agent.
