Sold a Single Family home in 2003 in Schenectady, NY.
My experience with Kevin was excellent, I had 3 houses for sale all at the same time the first one 906 actually sold the night before it was listed, the second sold the day we listed it, and the 3rd sold about 30 days after the people moved out. He then helped me purchase the house I am living in today and have been here for 10years. Things went smooth and all my needs were taken care of. He was very punctual and performed with professionalism. He is a very comfortable person to deal with and even came to a couple of family functions.
