Bought a home in 2005.
We found Kevin Brown to be the consummate professional. He was experienced in a many facets of home buying, home construction and neighborhood profiles. We pulled Kevin into many neighborhoods and different types of homes looking for the best deals. Kevin is always well versed with every aspect of negotiations and bargaining. We still continue to ask Kevin for advice. He is a credit to his organization.

Sold a Single Family home in 2003 in Schenectady, NY.
My experience with Kevin was excellent, I had 3 houses for sale all at the same time the first one 906 actually sold the night before it was listed, the second sold the day we listed it, and the 3rd sold about 30 days after the people moved out. He then helped me purchase the house I am living in today and have been here for 10years. Things went smooth and all my needs were taken care of. He was very punctual and performed with professionalism. He is a very comfortable person to deal with and even came to a couple of family functions. I recommend Kevin for future services needed.
