Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $250K in Elizabeth, CO.
Kevin was very diligent in finding exactly what we were looking for. We wanted semi country living with acreage. He did his homework and spent several weekends driving us around to several zip codes while we tried to decide where to purchase a home. Kevin was very professional, honest and up front about the entire process. This made things go alot better just knowing what to expect and always knowing he was available when i thought i just had to talk to him about a property. We recomend Kevin as often as we get the chance. Thanks kevin for making our move to Colorado so much better!!!!

Sold a home in 2010.
Kevin Hays listed my house and I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Kevin's marketing and negotiating skills are the best of anyone I have dealt with. He updated me weekly or more when it was needed. The entire process of selling my house went seamlessly. I would highly recommend Kevin Hays to sell any of my friends or families homes.

Kevin is an outstanding agent. We looked at over 60 homes in a 4 month period. He was very patient at knowlegable. His knowledge of constuction is second to none. He was thorough and kept me informed through the enitire process. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Meadow Hills, Aurora, CO.
Kevin Hays is very good at what he does! He always kept the lines of communication open and is available 24/7. He really listened to my needs and wants and was able to show me multiple homes that were to expectation. His knowledge of this property and other surrounding properties is spectacular. I have referred him to friends and family and will continue to recommend him.
