Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Seward, PA.
Kevin was alwas very accomodating with everything. He was always positive and friendly and he really made me feel like he went out of his way to make my experience as easy and pleasant as possible. I had a lot of questions because this was my first time buying a home and I could always go to Kevin. He never seemed frustrated or acted like i was bothering him. If he didnt know the answer, he got it immediately and was extremely patient. He never acted like a salesman and never made me feel pushed or rushed into anything. Sold a home in 2012.
Kevin helped me sell my parents home after they had passed 6 weeks apart. In that trying time he could not have been more compassionate and helpful. He gave me tips on how to stage the home and we were able to sell it in less than 40 days!!! Kevin handled all the showings and paperwork for me since I live several hours away.
