Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 in Johnstown, PA.
My husband and I were very pleased with Kevin Kinsey and his real estate knowledge. He was extremely helpful and was able to get us a good deal! He was very personable, and always responded back to us via email, phone, and text promptly. We highly recommend Mr Kinsey to those who are looking for a home/business!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Seward, PA.
Kevin was alwas very accomodating with everything. He was always positive and friendly and he really made me feel like he went out of his way to make my experience as easy and pleasant as possible. I had a lot of questions because this was my first time buying a home and I could always go to Kevin. He never seemed frustrated or acted like i was bothering him. If he didnt know the answer, he got it immediately and was extremely patient. He never acted like a salesman and never made me feel pushed or rushed into anything. He gave me thorough information and guided me along the way. I would highly suggest Kevin to anyone!

Sold a home in 2012.
Kevin helped me sell my parents home after they had passed 6 weeks apart. In that trying time he could not have been more compassionate and helpful. He gave me tips on how to stage the home and we were able to sell it in less than 40 days!!! Kevin handled all the showings and paperwork for me since I live several hours away. I would give Kevin a 5 star rating and would highly recommend him. C.P.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Johnstown, PA.
Kevin was a great help from the start to finish. He gave great suggestions that helped with sale of my house. Being that I lived 4 hrs away from the property and was not able to do things. He always went the extra mile to make sure things got done and the house got sold. I would definitely call him again. Appreciate his hard work and professionalism!
