Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Fife, WA.
Kevin is one of the best in the business. He looks out for the client’s best interest and sincerely knows real estate. He is not afraid to tell you if the he feels he can find you something better, or if it really is a great deal.
He handled an estate sale for me and also helped us get gross more money by guiding us with sub-dividing process.
If you are considering buying or selling a home, Kevin is extremely responsive and really cares. His knowledge of the area is not just by selling to other people, but personal experience as well. I know that many Real Estate Investors have made thousands of dollars in profit by consulting with him.

Bought a home in 2010.
Kevin demonstrated outstanding professionalism and high degree of patience during the extended process of finding a home to suite our family needs for our relocation to WA state. Excellent communications and planning skills enabled us to search effectively remotely and make the most of our time viewing properties on a number of scouting trips. His easy going accommodating manner made him a pleasure to work with and I will highly recommend his services to friends and family in the future.

Bought a home in 2011.
Without Kevin's expertise and knowledge we would not be in our own home now. With our special circumstances that he knew just how to handle, we are now in a beautiful home in a gated community. All we had to do was place a call and he was johnny-on-the-spot for whatever we needed.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $225K in Tacoma, WA.
I have always used Kevin. He sold one of rental homes in difficult times. He is always on top of things keeping flyers updated and in box and home on his website for more viewing. We just finished purchasing a home for our kids and Keving was our buyers agent. He is always on top of things and a great negotiator.
