Sold a Multi Family home in 2014 for approximately $75K in Pontiac, MI.

Since I do not live near the property I was selling, I wanted someone who would give me honest, knowledgeable and frequent communication throughout the sale process. Kelly's previous reviews had indicated this and, combined with her prompt initial go through of the property, I gave her the listing. Bottom line: Kelly nailed it. Communications were great and she worked the listing as if it was the only one she had. There were a couple of hiccups that had to do with the property specifics but Kelly's experience shown through and she worked through it smoothly. You won't be disappointed.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Royal Oak, MI.

Kelly was recommended to us by a friend. She was very flexible scheduling our initial meet. When Kelly arrived at our home she immediately came across very personable and knowledgable. It was like having a friend stop by. Kelly was willing and able to take the time to explain all of our questions and made sure that we understood. Once listing our house she kept us up to date on all activity and interests about it. Upon selling (within a week) she made sure that the process moved along in a timely manner and represented our interests all along. Kelly then referred us to one of her associates and oversaw our search and ultimate purchase of a new home. Again the experience was pleasant. She and her associate, Brett, seemed to " bend over backwards" to schedule viewings, answer phone calls for questions and to make the overall process smooth. We highly recommend Kelly to others and will use her in the future for any real estate dealings that we are involved in.
