As the Senior Asset Manager for a mid-size fund, I deal with real estate agents and brokers across the country. My job Is largely to stay on top of them and make sure things are running smoothly. Often times I get a good agent, occasionally I get a bad one and need to replace them, but rarely do I get someone who makes my job so easy I can seemingly shift my focus completely off the subject property and focus it elsewhere.
