Since the late 1970's The Arivett Family has been helping many homeowners of the Central Valley sell their homes and helping others find their dream homes. I truly feel that purchasing or selling a home is one of the most challenging, yet exciting, choices you will make during your lifetime, and with the right agent, it can be one of the most rewarding ones.  Before becoming a Realtor, I owned my own mortgage banking company.  I know personally how valuable it is to have an agent that not only is knowledgeable about the areas, but also helpful with every detail of purchasing and selling your homes or investment properties.  So when I became a Realtor, I remembered exactly what I went through when I purchased and sold my own homes, and what my concerns were with purchasing and selling.  I use that today to help guide each of my customers, so that they too will have the great experience that I had. 

With an extensive marketing background, I have come up with programs that help sellers gain more exposure on their home, and in turn sell their home in a shorter period of time while getting the highest dollar possible.  I have up-to-date short sale packages for most of the major banks and am experienced in negotiating with the banks on your behalf.  My background in lending gives us a strategic advantage for all transactions.  My buyers have access to databases of the latest foreclosures, new listings, and the best finance programs that help make their dream home a possibility and affordable.
