Our team consists of: Myself (Kim Chitwood), My husband (Teague Chitwood), and my brother (Ryan Shellnutt). We work hard to make sure we are available to you, on your time. If you need to see a house, we will make it happen. Teague is also currently employed with Overhead Door Garage Door Company and Ryan with Delta Airlines. I work as a full time Realtor and they both work part-time. Networking with our real estate clients as well as their work associates gets the word out when we have homes that MUST sell.

I (Kim) have been involved in all aspects of the real estate business since 1996. I began as a Broker's assistant and moved on to Office Management and finally Sales Management. I have seen the business from the angle of Custom Homebuilding, Selling, and Management. I have worked for Re/Max, Century 21, and two custom home builders one in Fayette and one in Henry County. We are excited to announce our move to Keller Williams Realty Connections in Newnan.
