Sold a home in 2014.

I don't know where to start when it comes to Kim Hunter. Hands down she went above and beyond the call of duty in selling my house for me. She made the process so easy and fun during all steps of the sales process. She should be your first pick in choosing a real estate agent who not only knows the area extremely well but she also takes the time out of her already busy schedule to walk you through the process. Some of the personal touch is lost with other agents after you give them the listing. I can honestly say that was not what happened with Kim. I made the mistake of choosing another agent and am so glad I switched and gave Kim the chance. She surpassed my expectations and worked hard to get a contract on my home. I 100% recommend Kim Hunter and you will definitely be glad you chose her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Kathleen, GA.

We had a great experience in purchasing our first home. She meticulously walked us through every step of the process. She took the time to insure that everyone of our questions was answered. She gave us honest feedback, and through her words and her actions showed that she had our best interest at heart. She has continued to follow up with us weeks after our closing to insure we have everything we need. I can't express enough how much we appreciate all that she did to help our family find our dream home. Thank you Kim. You're Awesome!!

Bought a home in 2014.

Kim Hunter is an expert concerning real estate. As a first time home buyer, she walked me through every step of the home buying process and went over and beyond her duties to ensure that the process went smoothly for me. She also has a network of other resources (locksmiths, painters, home repair technicians, etc) that a home buyer may need when purchasing a home. I would and have recommended her to my friends and family. I feel confident in saying that she is the best realtor in the state of Georgia!!!

Great Realtor! Especially for first time home buyers!

We had an excellent experience with Kim when buying our first home! Kim was unbelievably helpful and was willing to spend several multiple-hour appointments with us to make sure we understood all the time frames, steps involved and financing options associated with buying a home. Kim was very careful to make sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable with every step of the process. We found a wonderful home and Kim kept everything running smoothly all the way through the closing. She even picked up a replacement rear entry door for us so we didn't have to rent a truck! We’ve already referred Kim to friends in the area!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Kathleen, GA.

Our experience was excellent! We went back and forth about renting vs. buying but Kim was immediately responsive to our requests and did not penalize us for changing our minds by slowing down her service to us. Additionally, during our buying process we encountered multiple, difficult sellers. She worked diligently to find us the perfect home when our first attempts were foiled by uncooperative sellers. Additionally, she noticed multiple items during the negotiations and closing process that were not correct; we had them corrected and saved ourselves almost $1,000 out of pocket. She also helped us obtain a lower interest rate by informing our lender that another lender could beat their rate and avoid us having to pay any closing costs. Even though we were not Kim's only client, she always made us feel like we were the most important commitment on her calendar. Trust me, we are not easy to take care of because we had a wide range of amenities that we had her scouring through and changed our minds frequently. While I dont' recommend putting her through that again, she can handle it and will provide you the best service with unmatched professionalism. You will get the best service available and have peace of mind throughout the process if you use Kim as your Realtor.

Dealing with what will be perhaps the most expensive purchase of your lives, I can definitely empathize with your indecisiveness and uncertainty. My job is to help you with the process and make your home buying experience a great one. I hope you enjoy many years of happiness.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST, LOOK NO FURTHER!

As first time home buyers, moving to Warner Robins from Hawaii, my husband and I needed to find a local real estate agent who was not only easy to work with, but also knowledgeable, reliable, and committed. After reading some raving reviews of Ms. Kim on Zillow, we thought: "Why not give her a try?" We are delighted that we did!

We flew to Warner Robins in June for a week of house hunting, and with the help of Ms. Shiwanna Reed (who was also v. wonderful), we found the house we felt we could call home. Ms. Kim's expertise played a crucial part in winning us the house after a bit of a bidding war. For the next month--even though we were thousands of miles away, with a 6 hour time difference--Ms. Kim worked with us via phone, text messages, and email...keeping us abreast about everything, from inspections to appraisals, down to the finest details of a home purchase. Her lines of communication were always open, and she made absolute certain that everything went smoothly for us.

I would recommend Ms. Kim Hunter to ANYONE! Give her a call; you'll be glad you did!

Mahalo, Ms. Kim!!!

KIM HUNTER - REALTOR AND FRIEND • Searching from hundreds of miles away for a reputable realtor...we were looking for a professional who knows the local market and could help us. • Our elderly aunt was moving to be closer to family in another state...we needed a bright, energetic realtor to list the house for us. • We were in town for just a couple days... Kim Hunter accommodated our tight schedule to introduce herself and meet with us. • Aunt lived in her home for over 50 years...Kim was understanding, respectful, and pleasant with us. • We had many questions about property valuation and the listing process...Kim was knowledgeable, informative, and patient with us. • We interviewed other realtors...Kim was the clear choice for us. • We went into contract with Kim, and the following day moved our aunt...Kim supported and helped us. • House needed to be watched over in our absence...Kim routinely monitored the property and updated us. • Aunt passed away while house was listed on the market...Kim grieved with us. • Irrigation, electrical, and heating systems required attention...Kim arranged reasonable and timely repairs for us. • Purchase offer was received, which then almost fell through...Kim remained positive, and reassured and guided us. • We closed on the house...Kim celebrated with us. • Reflecting as we move forward...Kim Hunter was our realtor, and will always be a family friend to us.

It is said you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find Prince Charming. Sometimes you have to go through a lot of real estate agents before you find the right one too. Kim helped me find the right house at the right price in the right neighborhood. Four other agents I worked with couldn't get that done for me. She worked hard to make buying a house for me as easy as it possibly could have been. She found the right listing, negotiated a great price and even helped me find the right lawyer for my closing and an excellent home inspector. Kim is a total professional who I would not hesitate to recommend to any member of my family or any of my friends.

I must say working with clients such as yourself makes the home buying process a lot easier. It can be difficult sometimes for clients to realize that their home may not sell for what they think it should or the price they want to pay for a home is not reasonable. Thank you for trusting my expertise

I was very impressed with Kim Hunter. She was easy to work with, and I'll admit I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, as a matter of fact I was all over the place. Kim showed great patience with me and promised me we'd find my perfect home, and that's exactly what happened - she found my perfect home. I love my house and neighborhood. She knew it was perfect for me before I did. Her professional expertise and communication skills really helped me in my buying process. She is very good at what she does. I'm so happy with the price I paid, it was far less than I expected. Her negotiation skills are masterful. Kim will work hard for you, I know she did for me and I really appreciate her efforts. Kim Hunter cares about her clients. She was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Kim was that she was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding my perfect home than she was on "just closing a deal." Kim Hunter cares, I'm sure her passion will impress you as well.
