Kim is sooo amazing. My wife and I were first time home buyers and didn’t know what we wanted. We looked at many homes before we were finally able to agree on one. But no matter how many homes we disagreed on, Kim always said “Keep your heads up, we’ll find you the one you will both love”. Sure enough, I would get an email the next day with a new listing of homes ready to be seen. She not only went out of her way for us but did everything she could to make the experience feel so special. I can’t say enough about not only her professionalism but her character as well. She actually does care. From when we first started looking all the way up to closing our closing day, Kim always made us aware of what to look for and expect. There were never any surprises. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful home she helped us get and knowing we didn’t get just a wonderful business partner but also a good friend. Thanks Kim. Darrin and Erica

Sold a home in 2013.
Kim helped us find our first house--and it was a wonderful experience! She was very knowledgeable about the area, available at all hours, and quite familiar with all aspects of real estate. We were extremely impressed by her honesty and candid opinions. It was obvious that her priority was to find us a great home--and not just to earn a commission.

Kim is awesome!! My situation caused me to move out of state prior to the sale and I felt very confident that all would go well with Kim at the helm. The property moved quickly and and the transition was handled very efficiently by Kim. I had no worries!!!

She worked hard to sell a difficult property that had been on the market before without result. Kim advertised the property well and gave excellent advice during the offer/counter offer process. Her sage counsel insured the best possible outcome for the sale of my property. I would highly recommend Kim to friends or family for their real estate needs.

Kim was very professional and always willing to answer my wife's and my many questions since this was our first home buying experience. She also helped us with this home a lot as it was a short sale and kept us informed through the entire process. She was very informative and gave us information on what we needed to do to move into the house before we even asked for it. She was always willing to help in whatever way she could, if she didn't have the information, she was always willing to find it and give it to us. We would definitely recommend Kim's services to another individual, I know for sure that they would be just as satisfied as we are with what we got from Kim.

Kim made my house search very easy. She listened to my needs and the area that I wanted to stay in. She worked around my schedule. She was always accessible. If I could not reach her she returned my calls quickly. She found us the perfect house.

Bought a home in 2012.
Kim was beyond helpful - I'll even say instrumental - in allowing us to close a complex 7 acre land deal in Manitou Springs as out of state buyers. The property listing had a single vague picture and was part of a sticky multi-party bankruptcy proceeding. We knew we had to get good help to make this happen, and Kim's prior 5 star reviews turned out to be spot on. As our agent, Kim hiked the property and took four videos from different points, allowing us to get multiple 360 degree views of the property. She patiently worked through negotiations with a lawyer in Denver, and kept us up to date through every step. It took several months, but it finally went through thanks to Kim's persistence. Bonus points: she shares our fondness for the Weird West side of town.

I told Kim what I was looking for in a home, and she found me several to look at. When I decided to make an offer on one, she was there for me every step of the way. She is a big believer in communication, and she certainly was excellent at keeping me in the loop, letting me know what was going on, and what to expect. She helped me out with some questions even after the deal was done and I had moved into my new home. Kim is also very friendly and fun to work with. A friend that came along with me to view houses said, "wow, I wish I'd had Kim as a realtor when I bought my house". I can't recommend Kim highly enough. Thanks, Kim, for finding me my perfect house!

My wife and I recently were in the market to buy our first house. We chose Kim Klapac off of a friends recromendation. We couldnt have made a better choice. Kim Worked with us any hours of the day, for a long period of time. She was very knowledgable in every question and topic we had. She always got back to us as soon as possible whether it was showing us a new listing to the final closing process/ negotiation. She was great to work with, not only did we have great buisness with Kim but we also gained a friend. I highly reccomend that when you are in the market for a house choose Kim Klapac, you will not regret it i promise.

Bought a home in 2012.
I was on Zillow one morning and found a house in Old Colorado City. I randomly picked Kim from the listing of realtors and called her that morning. She promptly returned my call and was able to meet me that morning for a showing. I made an offer and Kim was able to put the deal together very quickly. During the negotiation phase, Kim was able to guide me, which resulted in getting my house. I have no doubt if it wasn't for Kim I wouldn't have this house. I will use her all my future real estate transactions. Kim is very professional, knowledgeable and a great professional to have when looking for your next home.
